I’m going to teach you how to make a delicious raw desert that is healthy. It is low glycemic, high in fiber, good fats, and reasonable protein. Step 1 mash avocado. Step 2 put in 1 tbsp of raw cacao powder and 1-2 tbsp of raw agave nectar, mix and eat.
